OUR MISSION
Second Mission exists because coming home doesn’t always mean the battle is over. We empower veterans to find purpose, healing, and connection beyond their military service by pairing them with horses and a supportive community that “gets it.”
Through time in the barn, groundwork, riding, and shared moments with the herd, veterans discover that their service didn’t end - it changed. Their new mission is to heal, grow, and thrive in life’s next chapter.
